Founded in 2014, the StayingWELL Private Non-Medical Services was created to meet a growing need in the community for high-quality, non-medical home care that reflects the same standards of excellence long associated with StayingWELL. Originally launched as Home Care by RVNA, the program was developed after recognizing that too many families were being referred to agencies that did not meet the level of care and reliability expected from a trusted healthcare partner.
A Personalized, Professional Approach
Today, our program includes more than 200 dedicated caregivers, supported by experienced field supervisors and client coordinators. Field supervisors work closely with clients and families to create and oversee individualized care plans, while our scheduling coordinators serve as “matchmakers,” ensuring the best fit between caregiver and client.
Every caregiver on our team completes instruction on essential topics in client care including: safety, policies, and professional conduct. StayingWELL's commitment to training and support ensures that our caregivers not only assist with daily living, but also bring compassion, dignity, and peace of mind to every client and family we serve.
